How do I change a guest's password?

The password for the conference room and folder documents is easily changed by the administrator from the Lobby.

  1. Mouseover the folder you are changing and click on the Edit button.



  2. Type in the new password in the password field.



  3. Click on the Save Changes button. Your new password for the folder is activated.
  4. Please note that password changes are not automatically sent to guests as a security measure.  If you change the password you will then need to send your previously invited guests a new notification if you still want them to have access to the conference room and document folder.

 

You can also change the password when working in the document folder or during a conference.

  1. Select the Settings tab on the right side of the screen.



  2. Type in the new password.
  3. Click the Save Changes button.
