Where do I start a videoconference?

Administrator:

  1. The administrator should log in under Manage My Account or My Account.
  2. All of the available conference room folders are listed in the Lobby.
  3. Select the conference you wish to start by clicking on the folder or mouseover the folder and select Open.



  4. Click on the white start arrow to the left to begin your video conference.


Guests: Guests are automatically taken to the conference room when they log in with the link sent to them via email.  They may also enter the Folder ID or Quick Pass on the LegalConference.com homepage. Once logged in, they too click on the white start arrow to begin the video conference.
